Position: C# SQL developer 
Contract: Long Term Contract 
Location: Upper West Side NYC

Job Description:-

Requirements & Qualifications: 
Experience and Skills: 
• 2-5 years’ experience developing medium to large scale web applications in a team-based environment 
• At least two years’ experience writing performant SQL 
• At least two years’ experience working with C# 
• Experience writing efficient SQL for MS SQL Server 
• Experience working in an Agile environment 
• Proficient understanding of git 
• Conversant with database testing strategies 
• Strong commitment to department and client goals 
• Demonstrated ability to creatively and proactively solve problems 
• Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently 
• Raw enthusiasm and a strong work ethic 
• Proven written and verbal communication skills 
• College degree or equivalent experience required 
• Creativity, flexibility, a sense of humor 

Pluses: 
• Experience with other technologies, such as golang, Sitecore, Solr 
• Experience with continuous integration / deployment, and associated tools (we use Jenkins) 
• Experience working on open source projects
